Way too expensive for the quality of the apts. - with nothing upgraded or replaced. Lots of mold, cheap quality of kitchen cabinets, and a/c so loud you have to wear headphones. Please choose somewhere else to live! Of course owner replies with total b.s. and NEVER offered upgrade despite my 8 years full of complaints.

I believe this complex has the lowest rent on the east-side for someone who wants a washer/dryer in his apartment. The staff is always very accommodating including signing for a fairly high volume of packages for me. The grounds are kept in immaculate condition. They have a couple guys out every day picking up pine needles and other debris from the big shady trees that surround the property. There is also a pool man out every day cleaning and verifying pH. The complex is also fairly small and although it has the same amenities as larger complexes (exercise room, clubhouse, etc), the low resident count means you don't need to fight to use them. The entire complex is early 1980's construction, so you won't have modern architectural elements and you will have those classic popcorn ceilings, but although the building is old, it is very well maintained with nothing broken or falling apart. I signed an initial 1-year lease and I've renewed for a second year.
