When the customer came to get the garments he thought we did a good job. Once we learned of his issues we offered to fix the issues he expressed. After some back and forth he give this review without further contact. We reached out to him, and resolved that if he was so displeased with our product we would give a refund. While claiming no one would wear the garments the customer choose to keep over half of the order, mainly the jerseys which had numbers on the back. The customer requested a large 9x14 design with little open area which any good print will not allow the shirt to breath. Often times when large prints are requested we let them know there will be issues with moisture but since this was not their first time ordering garments we believed they knew this. These jerseys also had a two layer vinyl 10" double digit custom number which also adds to stiffness, we generally use 6" single layer numbers which leaves area for breathing and not as stiff. This was a custom order. With all order we send out a digital proof with colors and placement of the design (up to 1/2hr free design time). We worked with them to keep cost down by using half tones to eliminate one color and still look good. We regret the customer's unhappiness with his experience with us and will work to hone our level of communication. We wish him well.

I placed an order for custom printed T-shirts and there were multiple issues: - The shirts graphic was so thick that the shirts are so uncomfortable no one will ever wear it. So thick that the shirt doesn't bend or breathe in areas with the print. This is thicker than any other graphic T in your wardrobe. The graphic area sticks to your body if there is any amount of moisture. - The print was poorly done and shirts had color bleed, white spots, ink bubbles, and some color hue wasn't accurate to the graphic. - The seller was unresponsive unless I reached out and I wasn't notified that my order was done. I had to reach out after it had been a while to inquire the status of my order. - The email tag "Jesus is the reason for the season" is rude to other religions/cultures and unprofessional in a business email signature. - When I complained that I was unhappy with my order and that these shirts were not an acceptable quality the issue was not resolved. - The one positive of my experience was that they were flexible with pickup time. In short, I would not recommend this print shop to others.

Footprint Design did a fantastic job screen printing 7 sport jerseys for my sons team. Roberta was super responsive over email and phone and she even went the extra mile to buy an extra blank t-shirt from an outside vendor when I forgot one. Id definitely recommend them.
We had a couple of polos we needed screen printed. They did this quickly and the final productwas amazing. They even cleared up our graphic a bit for optimal output. We will continue to use them for our needs.
