The owner did a horrible job on a Birthday gift. When I asked if we could redo the project he said no.Asked if he could refund no he couldnt. it was the quality of the picture As a professional you should have said something when given the picture and ordering it! No solution to the horrible job he did! But quick to take money! Help small businesses never again! Rude! Hello Anali. Yes the first time I made your shirts I put them on the front, you stated you wanted them on the back, so we replaced them immediately, and when you picked those shirts up, I stated to wash before wearing in the hot sun, we want you to wash the SALT that we use to make the magic happen out! your design and shirt should have not looked like that afterwords. I apologize you received a defective shirt but You can wash our shirts over and over again, more then once a month! We use only commercial grade equipment and apparel. I wash mine daily ( I know, thank goodness right) because they would get to not smelling so good. I use the same stuff for my personal apparel. Yes eventually like all good things to much washing and drying over and over will cause anything to break down. We replaced the order the very next day! Your husband picked them up around 2pmish, There was no Belittling! I stated that the detergent that was used must have had bleach or some sort of oxy clean in it. I do appologize there was miscommunication, we have re-made and replaced the shirts and would kindly ask and appreciate if you would consider removing this review. I placed my order and requested two shirts with images on the back. I came to pick them up and the images were on the front. The owner clearly missed the communication mark and re made the shirts. I went back and picked up my order and gave me instruction of how to take care of the shirts. He stated that washing the shirts at least once a month was crucial due to a yellow border that the shirts get around the image after sitting for awhile. Prior to wearing the shirt I wanted to ensure the shirts were washed. I washed the shirts in cold water with non bleach detergent (obviously). Once the shirts were washed I noticed the images were extremely faded and stained! Looked like the ink came off from the images onto the open areas of white. When I went to explain the situation the owner was basically accusing me of lying saying that I had to use a detergent that contained bleach which I didnt. He also blamed me for the mistake that he had made with printing the images on the front and said that he already had to remake the shirts for me once ( which that was 100% not my fault). I felt as the owner was 100% accusing me of lying and was belittling me. Horrible customer service, will never be going back. First and last time that I will ever support lasting impressionz. The quality of the shirts were also very cheap and thin material.
