Where do I begin, like another review I too was pleased with the exceptional work that was posted on their Instagram and Facebook page and was eager to support a Black Owned Business. When I first visited Fresh Baked Prints it was back in June and was greeted Jason who helped me out tremendously. I quickly made a decision to come back. On July 17th, 2018 dropped of 25 shirts (after email FBP a detail description of what I needed) to a rep by name of Cam who lacked customer service skills. At that time I brushed it off. On July 23rd, 2018 I received a voicemail from Cam (where he burped ) stating that their machine was broken and that this would delay my shirts being ready. --- Grateful for the call/voicemail , dissatisfied with how the voicemail was left On July 26th, 2018 I called and was told my shirts would be ready in a couple days. I did not receive an additional call for follow up. On August 2nd, 2018 @ 3:10pm - I spoke with another gentlemen stating that I would receive a call from "Cam" to pick up my shirts tomorrow. On August 3rd , 2018 - I did not receive a call. On August 14th, 2018 @10:20 - I spoke with another gentlemen regarding my shirts and was told he "believes my shirts are ready for pick up that they are at the front of the store in a bag" Now how was I supposed to know this if I never called them!!!!!! On August 15th, 2018 - I was now greeted by the owner of FBP, who was unaware of what was going on up until our discussion . I got to see my shirts and found out that they were incomplete, not what I wanted, and not done right. The Owner was very apologetic and wanted me to let them do them over (which I respected and appreciated) and was also offered other compensation. But I honestly can't take another chance on them. I needed my shirts for my Launch Date/ Speaking Engagement August 19th. I was given a full refund ! I believed in them and was truly let down. I pray they find more staff like the owner and Jason who are willing to do better and more personable. God Bless

This printer was recommended by the Fisher Funeral home and was part of the burial package for my loved one. To say that the end product of the obituaries were lack luster is an understatement! The formatting was terrible! Literally all the poems were all over the page! The font was oversized and out of place! The worst part was the arrangement of pictures...they had all the memory photos (which included family and friends who were still alive) FLOATING IN WEIRD CLOUDS with strange fading. It looked like a drunk person formatted this! These were not professional at all! DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! You will be disappointed!

Employees dont seem to take their serious, I placed a order for 10 shirts and also provided the shirts its suppose to take 4 business days to complete the order but it took them 7 business days and on top of that the order wasnt right. You guys would be better off going to EnjoyDetroit located downtown.
