Bait and switch. Online proof looked great. Colors and lettering were solid and bright. The printed shirts we received were horrible. Design was too dark, letters were faded and illegible. No refunds or offers to fix anything. Expensive lesson learned.

Hi Lauren. I apologize for the bad experience. I looked over your order and noticed that the font picked out for the pajamas was pretty thin and if it is being sewn on a loose or furry fabric, it will not turn out as well as if it were sewn on a tighter fabric such as the apron. Just picked up order from cjs. They did a very poor job monogramming Christmas pjs. I wish I could attach picture to review. I informed the clerk I was dissatisfied with the work. She said it was cuz the fabric is furry. Its flanel. Ive had Christmas flannel pjs monogrammed every year, never have they turned out so poorly at such a high price. They also monogrammed apron and did a good job, so 2 stars. But almost $9 for a monogram no taller than a pen cap... then better do a good job.

Weve had CJs do monograms for the past several years on towels, shirts, caps, sweatshirts, and T-shirts and have always been extremely pleased with their staff, work quality, and value. This year we asked them to monogram Christmas stockings, and couldnt be happier with the job they did. High praise for CJs!

I apologize for your bad experience. We have tried numerous times to get you to come in and discuss. The person who dropped off your apparel to be printed was told that we could not guarantee that type of print on the apparel provided and also signed the waiver. We also had a phone conversation with you to resolve the issue and do a reprint if necessary and you seemed satisfied with trying the overprint or a reprint if needed, even though we were not at fault. We have been open to doing anything we can to make sure you received a satisfactory product and I dont think this review is fair. We stand behind our print quality and go above and beyond to make sure the customer is satisfied. Please feel free to call or come by if you would like to resolve this issue. Have a great day!

Terrible Experience . Let them keep my order because it looked like Walmart quality. Would leave 0 stars since I technically lost money.
