Devin, we apologize for the delay in testing your pump. We were under the impression it was side project you were working on, and we shouldn't have just assumed that, it certainly should have been turned over much quicker than it was. We discounted the test fee after running your pump, as you know, to try and take some of the sting out of it for you. We never want a customer to leave unhappy, that's the last thing we want to happen! I wish you had come in the shop yourself to pick up your pump so we could extend our apologies in person...hopefully you read this!

I have been waiting 4 months just to get a injection pump tested.. they never tried to reach out to me had to show up to find out i was next on the list. It has been a week from then and I am still waiting..
I could never actually get a phone call back from Eric regarding a pump that we dropped off for repair.Granted the pump ended up being an exotic type that was not available any more.At least i wish that they would have given the courtesy of supplying other options on a replacement instead of totally ignoring my issue.Waiting three weeks for a response and still to this day not even receiving one from them after several messages left with the lady that answers the phone is not called for.My family has been in business for 39 years if i treated my customers in this way we would be out of business.Steve Belley/School St.Truck Parts/Lowell Ma./PS:D+W DIESEL had me back up and running in 4 days with great response and attitude.Sorry I did not have the option to leave Diesels at zero stars.1 is not deserved
great customer service, quick turnaround, and a fair price are all things that are hard to find these days. you'll get all of the above with these guys!
