Hello, We would like to apologize for any inconvenience the early closure of the boutique may have caused. From time-to-time unexpected emergencies happen that are out of our control, and we must close the boutique. Unfortunately, it seems this was the case with the visit you are referencing. I do see we were able to get in contact with you the very next day and offer a favorable resolution to you. It was our understanding at the time of purchase you were satisfied with the outcome. At your earliest convenience please contact me at (312)624-8190 or stop by the boutique to discuss further. Best, Christiana W

So I came today to purchase some hair. The site says they will be open at 3pm. I arrived at 3pm. I called at 305pm as they still haven't unlocked the door. The voice-mail states that they take lunch from 2 to 3pm. I figured someone is running a few minutes late back from lunch. At 320pm I called and left a voice mail. Now its 430pm and still nobody has returned from lunch nor returned my voicemail. Why post hours and accommodate your lunch hour if the store will not be opened. I drove an hour to get hair and now wasted another 1.5 hours for NOTHING!
Hello Yoni, We'd like to start off by extending our apologies for any dissatisfaction encountered in your purchase with us! This is never the experience we want our clients to have, nor does it represent the standard of quality we pride ourselves on. We would also like to apologize for any confusion surrounding the correspondence regarding this matter. I see a favorable resolution was agreed upon, however, the closing response may have gotten lost in limbo. Please keep an eye out on your email as we plan to reach out in regards to this to clear up any further confusion, and finalize your resolution! Looking forward to assisting you. Best, Indique Client Care Team

This hair whichbi couldn't wait to receive was horrible. I tangled up almost immediately after I woukd fix my hair in the morning then it would be in knots and when I combed it out it would shead really bad. Then knot right back up within an hour. I tried to reach some about the problem and even sent in pictures. No response.
Thank you for leaving your feedback, and for being a loyal customer of ours for the past 10 years. We value and appreciate your business and referrals. Ideally, we would address your concerns directly. Unfortunately, your name is not listed, so I am unable to reach out to you personally to resolve this matter. At Indique, we want to make sure our customers love their hair and the experience with us. After every purchase, our customers receive a follow-up call/email to provide feedback, which leaves an open line of communication to ensure you're satisfied with your purchase. The Pure Collection bundles are single donor, meaning one bundle is one persons contribution. This also means each piece will be unique to itself. No two pieces will ever be the same. Each bundle is going to vary in color as well as come with its own wave or curl pattern depending on that donor's DNA. The Pure collection is also sold with split ends intact. We offer the extra 1.5-2 for trimming of any split ends. In addition, all of our hair is measured straight. Which means we do not account for any shrinkage with curl or wave patterns. This is why we show our customers their hair before purchasing, to give you the opportunity to choose the pieces that are a perfect match for you. At Indique, we take pride in the quality of our hair. You can rest assured we still source our PURE hair from temples in India, and our pieces are still made the exact same way they always have been. I hope this provides some clarity into our brand and the products you purchased. At your earliest convenience, I would like the opportunity to address your individual concerns. Please reach out to me, Ashleigh, at (312)624-8190 or stop by the boutique. I look forward to turning your experience around. Best, Ashleigh McCrae Chicago Boutique Manager

I have been using Indique for over 10 years. Ive sent friends and coworkers to Indique. I will not purchase anymore and since my hair looks a mess Im sure no one will ask me where I purchased it as they always do. I am so disappointed! Not only is the hair such poor quality now (post-pandemic) but I think they know its not the same. I understand how challenging it was to obtain hair during the height of the pandemic but you cannot charge premium prices when the hair you source is anything but. Secondly I purchased pure curly as always and the curl pattern is more like pure wavy. I hate wavy. Finally, I purchased 16, 18, and 20. I promise you I measured and re-measured the hair. Even though the 18 is measured that way, it is 16 and gone are the extra 2 at the ends of all three. I normally dont have to cut 2 off but I do now because of the horrible split ins but when theyre cut Ill end up with two 14 and one 18. I am a nurse so Im not rich. I pay entirely too much money for this hair and if you havent purchased Indique pre-pandemic you dont have anything to compare this poor quality hair with. I need another company to purchase from so if anyone has suggestions for me please help.
