The lady who works at the shop was very nice and thats where the positives end. First off, its extremely difficult to find the shop open, it took me 3 attempts to drop off the garment and 2 attempts to pick it up. When the doors are down, they have a note indicating the work hours; every single time that I found it closed, was during their supposed open hours so dont expect this to be a one trip type of thing. I mentioned to her how often I had been finding the place closed during what is supposed to be open hours and she did not seem to care at all, not even an apology for the inconvenience. The workmanship was very sloppy in my opinion, for the amount that was charged. Im not super familiar with pricing but $25 to stitch up one section of a tie seems steep to me, but worse than that was the poor finishing stitching. It looks like I did it myself by hand and Im not pleased with it. Im not coming back here and dont recommend this place to anyone. Price is high and quality is very low.

What a nightmare!!!!! I pick up my $400.00 dress for alterations and the lady, Lily ruin the dress. She reported it being difficult to size the dress down. Im going to cry. A friend referred me to go there and didnt even meet my expectations. The seams were not stitched down. Im distaughted and heartbroken.

This is a real tailor! Not just someone who bought a sewing machine to sell a service. She is fantastic and is blessed to work her hobby. She loves her work and will make "it" fit. I have had a lot of outfits changed by her due to lots of weight loss and she was reasonable. Her work is absolutely without any complaints!

The best tailor Ive ever been to. I called with a last minute need for a tuxedo pants hem. I had a wedding in 4 hours and pants that were 3 inches to long. She got me in right when she opened and the pants were done perfectly 3 minutes later. She totally saved the day and was super nice.

I needed to get some clothes altered, but wouldn't be able to come by until later in the day (6:30). I called them and explicitly asked if that time would be ok and they said it was no problem at all. So I was a little annoyed when i showed up at 6:30 and the shop was locked up despite them clearly telling me that time as ok and their listed hours being until 7:00 Edit: their response below is completely false
