They should be investigated by authorities. These inspectors are very poorly trained. The attitude they have is unacceptable and disrespectful . US department of justice should shut them down and investigate every person in this department.

The only good thing I can say about North Miami Beach is Pearl Roger, she has been wonderful to work with and has gone above and beyond to help me out and keep me calm during my difficult issues of getting my sign closed out. Thank you Pearl you are truly what customer service is all about.
