Wow. Can't believe I have to write this review on my wife's birthday weekend. The single storefront worker (short haired, middle-aged woman with glasses and hat) greeted us and asked where we were from. She was also not wearing a mask, in a store in which it was hard to socially distance. We replied that we were from Michigan to which the worker went on a political diatribe about our governor and the decisions regarding covid she has made. The worker was hyperverbal and hardly let my wife and I talk, let alone shop for shoes. My wife and I are both Healthcare workers and have each been personally affected by the virus. We went in to purchase a pair of shoes and left deflated, attacked, and bewildered. I wish we could report this to the Arizona department of health or whatever governing agency Arizona has, but I don't think Arizona has mandated masks, so I can't really complain to travelling to such a shop. Really disappointed to see such outright disregard for others well being, comfort, and feelings in an otherwise wonderful shopping area. We will not comeback to Sedona shoe company and I will outwardly advise against it.

We're sorry to learn your shoes are a problem. Yes, the platform style you purchased is one of our best sellers, featuring wide elastic, cross-strap uppers. We've not had any issues with the elastic failing to hold its shape and many times hand-washing the shoes will even tighten the elastic further. But as these are hand-made, perhaps the pair you have is defective. Please contact us with a photo of the problem and we'll work with the manufacturer to resolve the issue on your behalf. These shoes are made out of elastic material. Felt great in the store but there is no support when you walk in them. My foot slips all over, toes come off the front of the shoe and heel goes off the side. Not pleased at all and if you look at the return policy...its pretty much non existent.

I loved the shoes, they are very stylish and look great for day or evening. So comfortable that I will have to get a few different colours, such a great selection! I highly recommend this company.

Awesome store they had really cute and comfortable shoes!When we came in a lady politely told us we did not have to wear our masks but if we werent comfortable not wearing our masks that is totally ok she was so friendly and ready to help. She and the service were so lovely!

A pleasant woman served me and told me she (too) had problem feet and that these shoes where super comfortable. I bought 2 pairs of boots: one black medium heel, the other a multi colored stripe with slightly higher heel. After only a few wearings, the toe became dented inward and is really annoying to wear. Both pairs felt ok in the store, but are definitely NOT comfortable for more than a half hour, let alone several hours, in fact they cause a lot of pain. I looked into the return policy right after the toe caved in, like within the first few weeks but it was impossible so Im out nearly $200. These boots are made from cheap materials, practically cardboard, and way overpriced, it seems theyre well aware of that, hence their interest in a return policy.
