Thanks for your feedback, Mickey. Our records show we informed you of the manufacturer's delay on January 25th, and you thanked us for keeping you informed. We spoke to you on March 8th and gave you the new load date of March 19th. On March 15th we informed you that we expected product by the 26th. Your windows and patio door arrived on the 23rd, and we called to schedule your install on the 24th. Thank you for your patience this year as we're still delayed in receiving product from suppliers. Overall I like the quality of the windows that I bought. They gave me a competitive quote and completed the install in two days. Where I would like for things to have been different is the communication between the company and me. Originally the install was supposed to happen in December/January but was delayed because of the manufacturer, this is understandable. Only this wasnt communicated to me and I had to call to see what was delaying the install in January and February. When the install day was assigned I was told that the installer would be there between 9-10 and arranged for a friend to be at my house before 9 to let them in. I called the day before to verify the time and left a voicemail and got no returned call, so I thought we would proceed as planned. So it was a bit irritating when I get a call at 7:30am from the install guy said he would be at my house by 8am and I had to scramble to make sure that my friend would be there beforehand. Overall, Im happy with the windows I got and I would recommend them in the future, but with the caveat that their communication will be little to nothing.

Contractors where good, but did make a few mistakes. Still waiting for them to come and fix the problems.

We just signed the agreement with Brad to have all our windows and patio door replaced. Brad was NOT that pushy sales person that had a "go to" scheme of trying to give the lowest price only for a certain time period. He gave a us a great deal right away and was lower than the competitors we had quoted to us. It was a no brainer. Thanks Brad!

Both our salesman and our installation team did a stellar job. All of our questions were answered and installation was done in the time they quoted, even with COVID delays. The trim looks great, and everything was cleaned up. Professional, fast, with a quality product - we love our windows and will return to Window World in the future.

The man who came drove past our house a few times before calling to ask for help. When I got on the phone and gave him directions he told me my house had 43 on it, but it does not and I explained he must have been at my neighbors, but he insisted. I then told him what doors we were looking to replace and the first thing he says is "that's going to be expensive." I'm not sure if he thought we didn't have money, but it didn't sit right with us. Furthermore, we went on to say we were getting the windows done and he questioned us about that and then started talking down about Home Depot. We explained several times that we were already in a contract in which he responded, "Well then why don't you get this done by them too." The whole interaction was odd and we will probably not go with them.
