Zero stars would be too much for these guys. I ordered 44 parts last Saturday. As of Friday, the parts still had not shipped. I called and the very unpleasant man told me that he would "try" to get them out next week. He informed me that he's very busy. Clearly. Customer service is definitely not in his vernacular. I suggest using Ground Up, Sundell Auto or another supplier who understands that parts are ordered because they are needed--not just to give him money.
Overall, I have had good luck with this company. The Shipper, FEDEX, lost my package and denied the claim for refund. So, Chicago muscle cars gave me 50% off on a replacement order. Not ideal, but they didn't leave me holding the bag. Thank you, guys!
This place is awesome. Been working on a complete restoration and the supplier that I was getting my parts from doesn't have all the little things to finish the job. I found they have had everything I have needed to finish this labor of love. Wish I would have found these guys first. THANK YOU
I have a slightly rare Oldsmobile, I contacted via email this location. Was told that they had the lights I needed. Had to complain via email to get half my order shipped, 6 days after i paid for it. Was told the other would be shipped in another few days. Minimal return communication, and instead of an explanation given, I was just refunded my money. I'm a car guy and that's what it takes in this business, good relationships. My shop, will no longer do business here. R and M Auto and Truck Racine,WI
