Been coming for years. Today we got there At 4:30 on the dot because the baby had a small melt down in the car. My husband, 7 year Old and I rushed to the gates and arrived at 4:30. The website says 4:30 last entry we had just made it in time :) syyyyke. Both women argued with us. One brunette and one old lady with short white hair who wouldnt even look at us bc its past 4:30. Still 4:30 at this time. We walked to the other woman she said no, we walked back again and pleaded with her. She still turned us away. Now its 4:31. So petty. Ok so, why does this rule even exist in slow season? If the tickets are truly for 3:45 then say that. It was so weird and petty. Super boomer behavior. Zoo gatekeeper literally.

Petting zoo is great! The wild animal exhibition is also good. Aviary could use more birds!

Took our 4 yr old here for his birthday. He loved it even though he kept asking where the monkeys were. The Aviary with all the birds was a sight. I did not like how poorly the Bisons looked. The sea lions were happy enough but seemed to need more room. Overall the zoo was very clean lots of room so as not to be on top of anyone.
