Horrible people skills had dropped off my item to be embroidered I got different excuses and treated like I cause their delay. As expected native customer treated like trash. Picked up my item waa completely done in a horrible way. Unfinished portions now I have to find a different place to fix their mistakes spent nearly 150.00 on an awful work.
