Logan, we sincerely apologize you had an unsatisfactory experience with us. We tried our very best to keep in constant contact with you to ensure that we can do all that we can and make things right for you, but there is only so much that we can do. We cannot control the quality of the apparel and clothing blanks we purchase and use to customize or personalize. We sent new polos and samples from our own expenses, and we offered to remake one shirt from our own expense again to make sure it was to your liking first, before we can proceed to making many shirts that may or may not be to your liking, which is why we offered 25% off of your next order, and that is one of the highest discounts we ever offered. We pride ourselves on customer service and satisfaction, and we are truly sorry that we fell short on that with you.

We ordered department polos out of our own pockets and picked the ultra club dual tone dry fit polo. The dry fit material that ultra club used was totally garbage. It kept getting pulls in it so essentially the shirt was coming apart even before 1 use. Fire department clothing started out making good by sending us new polos made up but the same thing was happening. So finally they sent us sample shirts to try and we picked one. Hoping they would make good on everything so we could continue business with them. That was not the case the lady told me that she could only remake one shirt that had a problem before. The rest we were on our own with. But she could give us 25% off the order. What kind of customer satisfaction is that? Well Ill answer it. There is none in the end!

We would like to first start off by thanking you for having us as your supplier of custom fire department clothing and/or apparel for the time that we served you; that really means a lot to us. Secondly, we would like to deeply apologize that you had to experience a rare, poor and unsatisfactory customer experience with us. Customer service and communication are both very important, and we truly regret falling short on something we pride ourselves so much on, especially during Christmastime; it is completely inexcusable. We just want you to please understand that Christmastime is one of the busiest time of the year for everyone, and as many companies will most likely experience, they will receive the highest volumes of calls, emails, messages, and orders of the year. At that time of the year, we highly recommend rushing your order similar to many other orders that were also placed during that time, so that we can both take further precautions in preparing for the celebration of your holidays; that way, we can prioritize your order first and make sure everything is ready to meet that deadline. Because we are not as big as other companies, we were unable to manage in the way we would like to in an efficient and effective manner, which we sincerely apologize again for. I ordered a load of stuff from here $300 almost total, Ive easily made over $1000 worth of purchases between purchasing as a fire department and purchasing stuff personally. The quality of the items are good from there I can give them that but customer service is terrible. I ordered 4 items custom embroidered for a Chrismass Gift, I ordered the items well ahead of time it was actually 4 weeks ahead of time. I ordered a Quilted jacket, a 1/4 zip, polo, and a hat all items were SUPPOSED to be custom embroidered. After a few week I was interested how my items were going I called and was told I was gonna get a call back, 3 days later never called. At this point Im worried because Christmass is coming up and I call again I was told I was gonna get a call back, never did. Christmas Eve I called asked about my items from 4 weeks ago and she finally told me 1 of my items were on backorder and they just came in the store today. I asked if any items were ready I was going to use my gas and spend my time and drive to the store and collect them when they were supposed to be shipped. In that 4 weeks they decided to not tell my item was on backorder and decided not to produce any of my other items besides my hat the easiest item. So come down to it my order needed to be refunded because none of the items were ready, I do admit that I missed 1 phone call from them because either I was on the phone or just busy with other last minute shopping. All in all Im currently thinking of something to get my brother for Christmas because none of my items were close to being ready. Fire Department legitimately ruined Christmas for somebody.
