80 minutes late for my sons appointment.Just unacceptable.Staff were very apologetic but we only got seen when we complained,otherwise nobody seems bothered by the waiting times.

i have a lot of dealings with this surgery due to health issues and, to be fair, those people on here bad-mouthing the ladies on reception ought to try doing what they do all day, to see how lovely and positive they feel like being. I don't think people realise quite how lucky they are to be living in a society where free health care is the rule. I'm sure the ladies on reception are just like everyone else, and can sense when they are being treated with respect, responding in kind. I for one am glad they are there to help my visits to the doctor happen. Oh, and i agree with that person below who found the young Dr. Nankani to be a very good doctor. I thought she was great, as is the other young lady doctor who is working there now. And just to say - i refuse to believe that ANY of the doctors would have sworn in front of a patient even once, let alone several times. Did you go to have your ears cleaned out, i wonder..?
