I recently changed my company name and needed a hat made last minute for an EDM event here in Vegas. After calling around to several shops I couldnt believe how pricey and long Id have to wait just to get a hat embroidered. When I called Sunny Side Ink I was pleasantly surprised by the customer service I received. He let me know that he had plenty of hats to choose from in stock and had me send my logo over to him while we discussed my needs over the phone. He was very easy to work with and we ended up talking about my business more in depth and additional products he was able to offer. We scheduled a time for me to come and look at the hats he had in stock for the following day and when I arrived he was already working on a sample for me. We realized my logo had very thin font and wasnt as bold as I was hoping for. The logo also could not be stretched to cover the front side of the hat and he suggested I have my logo designer adjust the design so it would fit the area the way I wanted. He gave me the sample, additional pricing for single and bulk orders and showed me the hats, t-shirts and jerseys hes done for other companies to get a better idea of the aesthetic I was going for. I will definitely be returning once my new design is finalized. Thanks again for going the extra mile to help me!

Sunny side ink is the best embroiderer in town hands down! They were quick and easy to work with and produced quality work in a quick time frame. I recommend if you need any embroidery or screenprinting you go to them!
