Ordered hoodies on 3/25/18 and the website states about14 business days. 4/30/18 still no hoodies after I was told they would be shipped the week prior. If you dont pay the rush fee be prepared to wait a month or more. Trying to cancel my order now. My phone calls have been answered with rudeness and excuses. Never an apology just exscuses and false promises. Go elsewhere! Hoodies arrived after pay pal got involved and they look horrible. Wrinkles in the print. Looks like they have been washed 50 times than put into a box. Im sure Terry will blame the art work but never heard a word about the picture quality I submitted. Pay pal screwed me after they reassured me I wouldnt get stuck with the garbage I knew was coming.Do not let pay pal mediate and get youre hopes up, they allowed Terry to burn me. Hopefully someone reads this and it costs him more than it cost me. Beware and go elsewhere!
I used this Tshirt printing company for the first time and I was really impressed. Terry was my consultant and he was personable, detailed, friendly and helpful. The pricing was reasonable even for the same day service that I needed. I will absolutely use this company for my tshirt printing needs again. Class Act!
I was very satisfied with the shirts ordered, and also received compliments on the shirts. The customer service received was excellent, as well as, the turn around time in receiving the order placed.
UPDATE 24 July: We received an email from Paypal saying shipping label was created after disputing the charge. Again, we stated in the order comments that we needed the product no later than 20 July. I tried calling and got ahold of a man. When I brought up the order he immediately mentioned the Paypal dispute and the below review. He stated that they didn't even see my order until they saw the Paypal dispute, which somehow forced them to create the shirt. I tried negotiating with him, I told him that I would pay for the shirt since they made it, but I wanted to get refunded for the rush order fee. I told him that if he did that, I would remove the review. He said I would have to also cancel the Paypal dispute prior. I asked for a product and a service. He says the product is made, but I have not received the service that I paid for (rush order and 1-day priority mail). We tried emailing and calling many times to confirm and check the status of the order, to no avail. The business did not once try to contact us, via phone, email, or even responding to my bad review. I am not yet sure of the quality of product they make, but I can wholeheartedly say that their customer service is well below a one-star review. If you do order from this company, I recommend (and it seems many other patrons agree), ordering at least 3 months in advance, maybe then they can handle it. We placed an order and paid extra for 3 day rush service and extra for 1 day priority mail, after 4 business days, there's still no status update or shirt. The phone number is just an answering service that they pay for so they don't have to deal with customers. We are horribly dissatisfied and wish we hadn't wasted our money. Hopefully we can get it back through PayPal. I advise everyone to find a real and reputable business for their needs.
