I called Holthaus to give us a bid on signs for a building we just purchased. Talked to a sales rep numerous times and I could not get him to go out to sight. About 10 days went by and I gave up on them. We end up spending 14,000 on two signs.
Great family business that puts the customer's needs first. You get what you pay for. They do signs for major teams in football, baseball, hospitals, universities, etc.
For all business large and growing this is the best place in Cincinnati for signs and branding. We have been working with Holthaus for over 30 years. We just recently needed to upgrade our signs from old florescence to LED plus add a few extra directional signage. Their lead designer Todd just won't stop till it's right. Jon stopped on the site with a great knowledge about placement and sizing to stay in our budget. See there work any time @Cronin Ford, Kia, Toyota, Nissan. If you're doing business with they make sure you stop out to their main offices and take a tour of the shop something to be seen. The ideas are endless.
Can you tell me which owner you spoke with? We would like to address the issue. Also, when you say "help desk" are you referring to the receptionist that answers the phone? Holthaus Lackner Signs does not have a help desk designated, but I would like to address the issue right away. Thank you for your feedback! Also what company are you with, so we can address the bad design you received?

I talked with their help desk and she is very rude. I ask her to transfer me to the owner because I wanted to request a qoute and ask few question. When I talked to the owner his tone was so rude. This guys are very unprofessional. Don't buy on this store except if you want to have a bad design for your store or company! !
