The nutrition service is extremely poor. I was signed up to follow their nutrition program as this is the nutrition program which my CrossFit affiliate offered as part of their program. The dieticians are based out of FL however their website had recipes to supplement the macros and meal plan which was developed through HSN to my Box for me. In order to meal prep, I looked up the meals/recipes on their website and there were inaccuracies, things not listed in the recipe like quantities or which food for the recipe. I sent email to ask for help and the owners were not helpful, gave no answers when I asked and did not follow up. I paid for the service and got no service follow up when I found incorrect info for my plan. Very rude and inaccurate.

Nicole came to me for some embroidery on garments. I delivered the product at very fair and agreed prices. Shortly after, she cam to me for silkscreening. She made me edit her logo at least 9 times due to the fact that she couldn't make a decision. Shortly after that she then shopped around, after giving me the order and paying for it. It was a lousy $200 order. I only accepted this order as an accommodation. What a big mistake. I highly recommend that all business people be very cautious in dealing with Nicole.

HSN is the best part of my day, and never in a million years would I think working out would be the best part of my day. The coaches have committed to making HSN not only a community but a family and investing in each client to make sure we all reach our full potential and get amazing results.
