Very poor service. Went into store end of the week and the lady was very helpful, great and explained everything to me. She said she will get someone to have a look and send a quote over once he's back from holiday at the beginning of the week I should here something. I popped into the store on Wednesday (I was in the area) I spoke to the guy he took all the measurements and said it won't be the cheapest for embroidery I said that's fine we want it embroidered so if we can get a quote that be great. He said he will get back to me in a day or two with a quote and still not heard anything this is what i call bad customer service. I ended up going to colourways in Aldershot. Who was able to get me a quote within a day send me a design for me to approve and the work is now underway. This is was I expected.
