The printed glassware we ordered started deteriorating within weeks, the ink flaked off leaving the glasses looking tatty and some of the logo unreadable and also left bits of ink in our glasswasher and on other items. Not recommended for commercial use.
Very poor customer service, received scratched and broken glasses. Expected to pay for replacement glasses, new setup charge, plus delivery! Was not informed on what day/time the glasses would turn up. All they gave me was a week in which they could be delivered. Would not expect this from any company.
Good company, high attention to detail. I was asked some clarifying questions and as a result, received just what I wanted and needed. Amazing service, quick reply. It was our second experience of order with Inspiration, so we will definitely come back again. Thank you!
