CONSUMER BEWARE. This guy is emotionally way off. Everything in his business is outsourced. He does none of it. When things go wrong he has a meltdown. My first experience with Vince the owner (and this should have been my clue to not go back) was interesting but I overlooked it. I sent him an email about graphic design (outsourced) I was writing graphic design several times so I started to abbreviate GD. He thought I was saying *od Damn. That didn't even make sense in the sentence. His response back to me was loaded with GD used correctly. Weird... I did another job with him and he threw in the towel mid-way when my projects are time sensitive. I needed a zip code radius report. (outsourced) he didn't fully understand what I was as asking. As a result I got something too big. This does happen. He got completely belligerent. He said he gave me what I wanted. I tired to explain the list needed to be refined. He dumped the project and sent me emails written in all caps, some in red. This guy is NUTS I spent two weeks working and waiting for the graphic designer (outsourced). My brochure is almost done. He is refusing to give me the updated file and putting me in touch with the graphic designer. I want to pay the graphic designer for his time and get final edits and my raw file returned. He is refusing. Don't so business with him. So much added grief and stress to your project. Work with someone else. Trust me!!!
