Arranged for a sit down with Dana in October. Presented my ideas to her and she scribbled them down on a scrap piece of paper. Told me she would contact me in a week or so with shirt prices and some design ideas. That was the last I ever heard from her. Can’t rate quality of work because I never saw any. Customer service is definitely a 0!
Ryan I would sincerely like to apologize for your bad experience at our establishment. I am Dana and if my actions and behavior came off as short I am terribly sorry and there is no excuse for a customer to leave here unhappy-things go on in a day that can be frustrating or problematic but my inability to handle something like and pass on my bad day to a customer is inexcusable. As far as the employees here they are greatly appreciated and I hope that i represent that to them daily. We take great strides in producing top quality products that our customers continue to come back to. Priding our self on long lasting customers we don't want to be a one sale shop if there were problems with the delivered product or the feel of its mediocrity it would have been nice to know your displeasure with it before reading it on google review.

Went here about a few months back to pick something up for work and dealt with a woman named Deena I think. Seemed kinda short with me and was trash talking her own employees. Cant help but think her employees are absolutely misreable. Wasn't really impressed with the professionalism and the experience. Felt kind of awkward to be there and frankly the product I picked up was mediocre at best.
