We are a fan and recommend Pinch to anyone who wants to save admin time and be paid quicker. Blackburn Prior (Accountants) have been using Pinch for a number of years. The integration with Xero (our experience) means reconciling debtors is so much easier, especially those recurring invoices, such as monthly subscription and regular quarterly payment. The Pay Now button imbedded in the Xero invoice email has resulted in our clients using Pinch to pay other less frequent invoices. Options such as allowing you to pass charges onto the payer and setting limits on the amount a that can be auto paid, give both payee and payer control over how they use Pinch.

As an early adopter of the Pinch Payments app, I am a massive advocate. I use the app for both my own business and also for several clients, some of whom are processing thousands of direct debit payments per month. Pinch saves both myself and my clients countless hours of processing time, with all transactions recorded automatically in QBO. I cannot recommend this product highly enough!

We have been using Pinch Payments since the platform was rolled out in the market. It has been life so much easier around collections of recurring payments with our Clients fully integrated with Xero. We would recommend it to anyone on the market with Xero and trying to reduce all the processes around collection.

I had previously investigated automatic direct debit options for our business, and ended up completely frustrated with the complexity, phone interviews, and need to set up a new seperate bank account (what the actual hell?). With Pinch it was as easy to set up as my previous experience using Stripe, yet it offers so much more. The dashboard allows me to see exactly what's happening at any point in time, and the email notifications are a welcome sight that payments are on the way! I use Xero in our business, which Pinch integrates with beautifully—invoices automatically get marked as paid and reconciling works perfectly.
