They applied the label to the shirt incorrectly. It's quite obvious that it's sticking out and wasn't put on right. I emailed them and received an email that didn't even apologize for the mistake and refused to acknowledge any error, and that if returning the item I would have to pay shipping. Not sure what kind of company you are, but you have a serious problem with customer service. I won't be back.
