Doctors are great. Office staff is terrible and very unhelpful. My pregnant wife and I spent 1k+ on frames and contacts only to receive terrible service when trying to fit. Try somewhere else.

Thank you for your input. As far as glasses taking months to receive, glasses take 7-10 business days and come with a hard protective case. Most of the time the glasses are back in less than a week actually. There are a few State funded plans that have specific labs that make glasses for their patients.Those orders do take 6-8weeks. A case is not provided by the state either unfortunately. These are concerns to bring up with your insurance representative or case worker. We agree that 6-8 weeks is a long time to wait for glasses. We hope, as you do, that The State can change their process soon.

Sooo bad. The specialists are not good in checking up. Waiting months to receive my new glasses. They give it to me without any case!!! Don't advice anyone to go there. If I find less than one star I'll rate them.

After going through the reviews, one would expect a good experience from this place. But this place is very unprofessional! There is no greeting from the staff and the Dr.! Besides, he gave me a wrong prescription and when I went back to him to get the problem fixed, he did not even check! Save your time and go elsewhere! Dr. Robert needs to go through certification again as he did not even do a thorough eye exam!
