I am an external student attending a few classes. It indicates systemic incompetence in relevant departments (or ongoing budget cuts with only competent staff taking voluntary redundancies) if (I count to three when judging organisations based on my accounting/auditing experience) parking meters instructing us to insert coins can't take coins AND all doors to buildings containing lectures are locked with no notice of this on the doors AND room maps inside buildings don't show room names used. Thankfully, both the prospective student phone line (Correctly used by me because "interested in studying" as per their switchboard system is in present continuous tense - 61 2 6773 3333) person and remaining academic staff are both caring and extremely helpful (but hopefully not more similar to Titanic's musicians). This organisation appears to prioritise prospective students over current students.
Beautiful campus. Supportive academic staff. But the administrative and online support leaves much to be desired
