From my experience, GWI does provide very good customer service on the phone. Everyone was very nice and tried their best to alleviate issues. The problem was, the issues would then never be addressed. I was paying for the 20 Mbps package and was expecting relatively fast internet. Instead, I would frequently get very slow internet, around 0.5-1.0 Mbps, as measured by their internet speed tests, and could barely load webpages. They did come many times to inspect my router/the power lines, but each time suggested there was nothing more that could be done to fix the problem. If you can avoid GWI, I would suggest doing so, although the alternatives in the Portland area don't seem to be much better.
Wish I could give 0 stars !!!!!!!! The worst service ever, work internet and phones are always down .
