Don't bother going to this store if you aren't a commercial client. If you want to just walk in and have one thing done find another store. I was given an estimated time for completion of two weeks for 5 letters on a jacket. I wasn't in much of a hurry and wanted to support local businesses so I dropped it off. 2 weeks later store personnel indicated that one of her commercial clients had a rush order and that it would be another week. This is understandable and I politely said "no problem" see you next week. So one week later I come in the Friday, as she indicated, and she tells me that I'm too early, come back before closing. So I say, I'll just come back Monday. Being a busy person, like we all are, I decided to go ahead and just wait until the following Friday to give her an additional week, and to make sure that it would be done. Still not done; asked for my jacket back, and I'll take it to someone who wants my money. If you are so backed up by commercial business, just refuse walk-ins or single jobs. Nobody wants their time wasted. That's what I get for trying to support local business. 4-weeks later, I could already have an entire hand-tailored jacket off the slow-boat from China.
