Initially the staff was friendly and competent. However, at the end of my visit the view of 20/20 was blurry. I realized when I got home that I would need to verify with the doctor that I was getting the correct prescription. When I called back the doctor was too busy to talk to me so I spoke to someone else. She suggested that I should have the glasses made and then if it wasn't right she assured me that they have a 100% guarantee. I felt that this was a waste of time and money for me and the clinic. She tried to insist that I move forward with the glasses. After my conversation with her, I decided not to waste any more of my time. I will have to wait until next year for my insurance to pay for another exam. I'm disappointed because I was really looking forward to getting new glasses.

We cannot find your name in our system. Can you please call us so we can work to understand what may have occurred? It seems there may be some confusion on the part of the reviewer as we do not (and have never) given out gift cards in exchange for reviews. It would not make any sense for us to ask a patient who waited more than 60 minutes for an appointment to leave a review. We take to heart every review and strive to exceed all our patients expectations. It is our hope that if anyone receives care that is less than what is expected that they communicate with us so the issue can be resolved. I have spent the past 30+ years in service to my patients. This is a horrible office! The two staff members who assisted me were SO rude! Downright nasty to me when I asked about the wait time! They were just gossiping about the receptionist outside the exam rude when I opened the door to ask how much longer it would be and they were very defensive and rude as if I had insulted them by asking about the wait! Though I assume they get a lot of angry patients asking about the wait time. I waited over and HOUR past my appointment time and after all of that they had the nerve to offer me a starbucks gift card for a 5 star review!!!! I've never left a review for a doctor's office before but since they tried to buy my review with a cheap gift card and after dealing with terrible staff members - well, I told them I'd write the review they earned. I am guessing most of the reviews online are fake/created for the free giftcard offer (I did notice the reviews are all clustered like they periodically offer the giftcard ). Plus, the doctor was in the office for only 7 min for a new patient appointment! What a waste of time and money! DO NOT GO HERE!

Nothing but great things to say about East Main Vision. Weve been going there for five years now as a family and never had a bad experience. All of the staff there spend time with you explaining whats going on or what theyre doing, It never feels like youre being rushed through. I saw the new doctor they added this time, and she was great, same level of care. They even stopped taking our insurance a few years ago, VSP, but we choose to go there and just pay the extra difference.

We have always, and will continue to offer our patients the very best products and services, with hundreds of options to suit many different needs. Unfortunately, once in a great while, we will encounter a situation in which we are unable to effectively satisfy a patients request. In these situations, Dr. Day empowers his staff to clearly explain our policies and give alternate solutions. He does not, at any point, tolerate disrespect in his office; not from his staff, or from his patients. 99% of our patients have the exact opposite of the experience described, and we will continue to go above and beyond for all of our valued patients.

Extremely rude and unprofessional everything is over priced and they do not have a good selection of hardware. They really push like used car sales people for you to buy buy buy. Not family friendly at all. The contact specialist yelled at me and became argumentative when I said never mind on contacts I'll get them somewhere else then told me I was being rude and disrespectful to her. Never again my entire family will be going elsewhere.
