We're very sorry to hear you feel you didn't have a good experience with our after school club service & we want to put things right if we can. We pride ourselves on delivering good service for all classes & activities we run, and receive many positive reviews. Class was held at my daughters school. They didn’t deliver the number of classes that were paid for and refuse to engage via email/phone. They also backtracked on the details on their advert. Trainer was fairly good, if slow. Admin is shocking. Perhaps a different experience at his site but I would be wary of engaging them for school based classes.

Hi Andrea, We're sorry to hear your thoughts. We did our best to explain the charge mentioned was an authorised membership fee & within the membership conditions agreed & signed up to by our customer. Emails were sent reminding clearly how our membership pause and cancellations work. Our customer agreed this was the case. A gesture of goodwill offer was even made to our customer so they could continue to have class access in a way that would be flexible for them and not loose out in any way, as they wrote in explaining they'd had had an amazing 2 years at our academy & would love to continue classes with us in the future. We pride ourselves on being a welcoming club whose aim is to provide excellent martial arts coaching in a friendly and professional environment. We have a wide range of classes & membership options to choose from, superb coaches and facilities. Adult memberships give unlimited class access 7 days a week, & require just 30xdays notice to end. There's also a selection of pay as you go options in class passes & beginners courses. We welcome all ages and abilities & offer a free trial if its your first class with us. Membership was paused for 3 months due to hectic schedule. A decent company would notify / remind their loyal customer that payment is due on a certain day or even send a curtesy email if the person would like to continue with their training , cancel or have it's membership freeze for longer. It does not work with Ray Stevens Academy, they charge you without any notice and therefore I find them crooked, dishonest and greedy money grabbing company. If they have any decency and care about their customer, or being a friendly company how they want to be seen, they would refund the 145 pounds, because service is not used. This payment has not been authorised. Please stay away , as they just care about money and not being friendly. They want more customers, more money.

Great people at the club, great teaching standard and facilities. Looking forward to investing more hours here in 2018 and improving my BJJ even further.

All staff and club members are very friendly and make you feel welcome as soon as you walk in. The instructors are true professionals who know there stuff and make learning fun and informative. The front desk staff always greet you with a smile and make a point of getting to know your name. I can not recommend Ray Stevens Acadamy highly enough.
