Website does not list available programs. 9 calls to the facility and messages left for program director and general manager have not been returned. Sent message on their Facebook page and 6 days later it is still unanswered with no customer service on the horizon. I refuse to drive there just to ask questions about what ice programs are available when a simple call or message could be returned. Will avoid this place regardless of how nice it may be as it for sure seems like a corporate disaster that isn't looking out for the customers. Thanks a lot for nothing over several months of calls.

Horrible venue for spectators. Netting is a visual obstruction and seating is sparse.
