They told me they take my daughters insurance which qualifies for an eye exam and a pair of glasses, they did the exam but when I ask them for the eye glasses the told they dont have them there , gave me a different location in Kent to get them , so I called and they say they dont work with my daugthers insurance , now I cant get them eye glasses anywhere because the insurance only covers 1 time a year and the eye exam/eye glasses should be done at the same eye clinic . Now I have to buy them out of my pocket .

Never go to this place! They are a huge scam. They constantly try and sell you on things that you don't need, offering discounts which they retract at a later date. They claimed all the exams were mandatory and there were additional charges for each one. Claimed there was a discount for buying 2 years of contacts, retracted that statement AFTER running my card. When I went to pick up my contacts there was only one years worth. With each of these instances their response was either I was misinformed or they had no idea and that's just policy. Your ethics and low morals are why I will never return or refer business.

After decades of being treated by different doctors, I've finally found one that is patient, thorough and personable - I highly recommend Dr. Wong. She recently diagnosed me with glaucoma and I honestly believe that another doctor would not have caught this (I feel like other places have quick exams in order to see more patients). Dr. Wong was also able to squeeze me in for a same-day appointment to address another medical issue. The support staff is also amazing. They are extremely helpful when booking appointments, explaining benefits, and do not attempt to upsell you on products. I plan on taking my young daughter here for her annual exam and have already recommended Dr. Wong to family and friends.

I always have a good experience at the Vision plus, but I do feel like they always have extra charges on little things. Like extra charges on lens eye fitting, assessment, or new technology for eye dilation, which should be covered by insurance! As patients we just go along with the suggestions, but I feel like they are not necessary, or even if it is necessary - it should be covered by insurance!! I would have given them 5 stars, but the extra charges on little things, I don't really like at all.
