Staff is great IN PERSON. You will be on hold or disconnected after 10 minutes if you call and often double billed on pay by phone. Very frustrating.

Rude customer service! They charge you what they want to and can never explain why your bill is so high. My bill is the same every month even with me being gone half the month! How? I've had nothing but issues with them! I would love to change to another company and NEVER have to deal with them again. I wanted to rate them at -5 stars!
