Hi Dave, I'm so sorry for your bad experience! The brisket should never be dry, I'm really sorry about that! The fried chicken does rotate now from thighs and drums depending on supply, if it's not handled properly breading does fall off in areas. For our beans the only thing you'd encounter with that description, the rib end from our spare ribs trim. On cycling rotation we put brisket, pork, and chicken meats in our braised beans. This is out of the ordinary, we smoke everything in house, we produce most of our products from scratch and we'd really appreciate the opportunity to leave you with a positive experience and hope to have you as a repeat customer. If you can please email me at "[email protected]", I'd like the opportunity to make things right. -Oleg

Brisket was so dry it looked and tasted like dog food. Fried chicken thighs are actually drums and are clearly frozen, the breading is flaky and there are burnt spots where the juice leaked out in the fryer. While eating the beans I bit into an enormous piece of gristle, white and not rendered. save your money.
A bit slow on the service. A bit of drama between the staff that we were able to see. Food was ok. Wife didn't like the potato salad and brisket was dry. The mac n cheese, fries that I had were extremely salty. The fried chicken was good but the ribs were really dry and only got 3 small ones.
Fine BBQ for an area known for not having BBQ. We got the 4-person plate, which was expensive at $25/per person post tax+tip for the small/small-medium serving of meat. Other entrees
