Hello RChaoui, were disappointed that you are not happy with the way your order turned out. We pride ourselves on asking all the questions we can, to ensure that you receive the product you are interested in and that the work is done to your specs. You initiated contact with us on this order over 4 months before finalizing your order. During this time we went through many different quotes based on your changing specifications. We provided you several proofs of the work to be done, then we made changes based on your suggestions and re-proofed. In the end, you gave full approval to proceed with our final proof, and we went to press. We offered a deep discount to help with the order and the portion you did not like, but ultimately, you approved the proof and we printed as the proof represented. We remain open to working with you on a solution.

The shirts were of great quality, but unfortunately there is a flaw in the ordering process. The website was way too confusing, so I ended up having to email the store tog eat my order in. I ended up having to learn model numbers and having to do the brunt of the order work. For that reason the shirts ended up being messed up and the store wouldnt fix the shirt order without further payment. Unfortunately, I will not be using this company again because of this situation. My company is happy we have shirts now, but a little dissatisfied with the error and the way Shirt Art Inc. handled the mistake. If you are looking to work with these people, id recommend going in store and having a face to face conversation about your order before paying.

Hello, I am not sure what happened here. When we are not open, we turn on our answering machine, and we have no messages from you. If you do not leave a message, we do not blindly return phone calls to random numbers because of the high number of robocalls and telemarketers these days. When we are open, we answer every single call. I'm not sure what to say, possibly a dropped call on our side or yours? Hello TC, I appreciate the fairness of your review, mentioning the quality of our work and our ability to accommodate your last minute order, even though in the end you were unhappy with the misunderstanding over Digitizing. As we have stated to you, the Digitizing Fee pays for our time to recreate your logo into a format that works with our specific software and equipment. It has been our standard policy for 25+ years of providing Embroidery services that these specially designed and formatted files are our property to use on your orders, and this has not been an issue with our other customers. However, I do appreciate that you left what is in your consideration a fair review giving us credit for the positive points of our interaction rather than only focusing on what you are unhappy about, and clearly I can see that your expectations were that this file would be your property. In light of this, I will go ahead send you the digitized file, and we will put extra emphasis on discussing file ownership with customers moving forward, especially in rushed situations such as your order.

While the quality of their work is good and they were able to do a last minute rush job for me, which I did appreciate, their business practices leave a lot to be desired. They charge tax for services as well as products, plus they do not provide the digitized file for what is being embroidered even through they charge a "digitization fee" since they had to convert our logo as they could not revise our provided digitized file, was told these are their "tools" and they don't give out their tools and since I hadn't asked if the source files would be received they don't provide as part of the digitization fee. They didn't tell me they don't supply it without charging $150 for it. Lesson learned, if you don't ask every question ahead of time then YMMV, they don't fully disclose their terms and conditions. First and last time customer here. Update - they have contacted us and provided the digitized file in question so kudos to them for doing the right thing.
