I had two suits made from Bespoke Apparel under the impression that the suits would be made in accordance with the name bespoke but in actuality they were Made to Measure without any details related to a true Bespoke suit. The proprietor David is a very courteous person and I have no quarrels with this but he insisted that my suits were Bespoke as if I wouldn't know the difference between. swimming in the ocean as opposed to a blow up childs swimming pool. In other words it was an insult. The name bespoke apparel is not consistent with the garmets produced. I'm not saying that the suits I purchased were not decent but they definitely weren't bespoke. I took my suits with disdain and found a true bespoke tailor.

Valerie, my deepest apologies to both you and your husband! Just now reading your post, I have worked hard these last 30 years to give everyone the absolute best experience possible. It is my heart's desire that everyone have a joyous time buying from us. I am so sorry that our time together went so so sideways. It seemed like everything that could possibly go wrong went wrong. I'm never too old to learn from my mistakes, especially when it comes to things under my control like communicating better. I offer no excuses other than to say, thank you for hanging in there, even though it sounds like 100% satisfaction was never achieved. We took a 50% deposit up front from you and did not charged you the balance to try to make up for the extreme delays and lack of and miscommunications.I always admit my humanness and would like to offer your husband a FREE sport coat ($795 value) to show the both of you exactly how 96-98% of our clients experience Bespoke. We chose to use Bespoke Apparel for my fiance's suit for our wedding however the whole process was a nightmare with one hiccup after another. We began this suit adventure extremely excited that he would be getting exactly the suit he wanted for our big day, a three piece slightly lighter than navy pinstripe suit. We ordered this on February 2 for a wedding happening in mid May. We were told it should take about a month to have it put together and ready for a final fitting. By mid March (6 weeks later) I had never heard back from the company. I called and they told me that they would need to call and look into the status of the suit. At this point they informed me that the fabric, both the outer and lining were on backorder and they should have it ready in two more weeks. This was the beginning of the nightmare. Not only are they not making the suits in house but they have poor communication with their customers and a lack of oversight on their part. Two weeks pass and the suit still isn't complete. Finally the second week of April the suit is ready for the first fitting, 10 weeks after it was first ordered. The suit was larger than planned, especially since we asked for a slimmer fit on jacket. From that appointment in early april it took multiple other fittings to get the suit more to what we requested. At one fitting, my fiance kept telling them the suit jacket was too big yet they brushed him off and told him that was supposed to be how it fits. When I looked at it that night, he looked like a child playing dress up in his fathers suit jacket, he was swimming in it. Additionally, the front of the jacket came down lower than the back. He took the suit back and brought one of his own slimmer suit jackets with him to show them the style we were requesting. Finally the before week of the wedding (14 weeks later) the suit was finished, while still not quite what we were wanting but it would have to do. For the price of this suit, almost $1200, we expected better service and less of a headache. I would not recommend this company unless you have 6 months prior to your event.

I went to several suit makers in the area, and these guys were the best IMHO. I felt welcomed and like family from the first appointment. The alterations after my first fitting were fast and accurate. I had a great light gray with white window pane patterned 3pc suit. Dani was great to work with and her father was very helpful. Samir (sic) the alterations tailor wasn't pushy or overbearing and listened to what changes I thought made sense for how I wanted the fit. Definitely going back. Already ordered a 2nd suit.
