If only I knew how poorly this property was built before I moved in... There is no sound insulation between units, I can hear my upstairs neighbor walk, and my downstairs neighbor also complained about noises from my unit because I dragged out a chair. I can not use 3 of my kitchen drawers because the oven blocks them from opening. Circuits used to short all the time when I moved in, the electrician told me that it's because they installed cheap ones. I accidentally kicked the board underneath my sink when I was doing dishes, and it just came off. Finally, there is essentially no hot water in my second bathroom, the plumber said he already turned it all the way up, and it's still no use. At these prices, this is a scam!

If you want be falsely charged $500 in utilities in a month, be forced to move out of of your unit because of severe noise issues that management doesn't care about, and want to beg to have anything fixed in your apartment, this is the place for you! I have lived here since August and I literally can not even explain how horrible the entire experience has been. Management is unhelpful, the area is dangerous and is super sad because of the homeless population, and not at all worth the $3,500 a month we pay for this place. Do not move here!

Linea is a luxury building but the concierge team clearly is not up to par. Upon arrival, youll see a bunch of packages just being laid out and expect to be ignored. You will have to stand there for a while or do something to get their attention otherwise prepare to wait until theyre off their phones. They dont seem to wear masks even though theres signs everywhere to please wear a mask especially during a global pandemic. Ive seen the same concierge guy work tirelessly all day that sometimes he forgets to relay messages or answer phones. UPDATED REVIEW: Yes! Finally Linea, youve heard our voices. The new changes and implements have been amazing! Deliveries to our door like it should be. Safer procedures for residents with guests. AND friendly more professional people. Luxury for sure! I can wait to renewal my lease.

I started viewing the Linea apartments well before the construction was finished and about 6 months before my move date. Jospeh was attentive and helpful throughout the process. Most apartment complexes would tell someone to come back closer to when they were scheduled to move but Joseph was always available to answer any questions and show me around the facilities. 5-star experience throughout.

I rarely write reviews to be honest but I gotta say something since I'm having so many issues here that I've never had renting anywhere else. These guys are somehow managing to delete poor reviews. Either way hopefully mine doesn't get removed. I have put in the same work order in my apartment 4 different times and nothing happens. They just update their resident portal stating that the work is complete, when they did not perform any of the work. Someone also parked in my assigned parking spot. No big deal, I notified the front desk. The guy at the front desk told me I should just park in someone else's spot until they decide to leave my spot. I told him that I don't want to take someone else's spot away just because someone made a mistake and parked in my spot. I told him I'll just park in the guest parking spots. He then argued with me about me not parking in the guest spots and that I should park in someone else's assigned spot. We then got into an argument over the idea of assigned parking spots and have no idea why he was frustrated with me when I was so relaxed about the entire situation. And remember, I was the one being inconvenienced by having someone park in my spot. Luckily some lady at the front desk walked in at that time and gave me an open parking spot to park in and told me she understood my frustration. I wish I could give her 5 stars, but I just dont understand why I'm having so many issues here that I never have had living literally anywhere else. Also they close the amenities whenever they feel like it. That's their biggest selling point are the amenities. Yet they are always unavailable. Then reduce my rent? But obviously they won't do that. I really hope people read this review and don't live here. This place sucks and you can get so much more literally anywhere else.
