Multiple and multiple complaints and even calls to the cops because my neighbors were literally SCREAMING AT EACHOTHER AT 3AM, I can't remember the last time I got through a full week with being able to sleep through the night. I'm a heavy sleeper as well. If it's not their stomping, it's their screaming, if it's not their screaming, it's their TV. I thank god I'm leaving in 2 weeks. I used to sleep through trains running right by my room in NY just fine and this is straight up unbearable. The neighbors literally do. not. care. I don't know what the property managers have addressed because Nothing has changed. Please please go elsewhere and if they even offer you a unit in building 19, just run.

Extremely disappointed with the living experience they provide here at Radius at the Domain. Upon move in every one of the AC grates were caked in black mold. Having put in multiple maintenance requests (which take weeks to get resolved) and over 2 MONTHS of waiting they still failed to replace all of the vents as I requested and had to do it myself. Aside from this, I was uninformed upon move in of the fact that covered parking requires a paid tag, which resulted in my car getting towed and over $250 out of my pocket. Not even a note on the windshield. Dont live here.

My husband and I are commuting from Waco and we were looking somewhere to call home so we visited the Radius. Ireally love this place and the staff is awesome especially Kia. She (Kia) is really sweet and down to earth and she made my husband I feel at home. Kia was very helpful and she gave us a grand tour.

Recently moved to Austin and had a few weeks to find my new home. I had called the Radius at the Domain to discuss what options and prices they had avaihalbe for me. The lady that I spoke to on the first call was super helpful and friendly. She asked me questions that help me decide better what I was actually looking for. I was able then to set up an appointment to come and take a tour of the property. Upon my arrival to the property I was very impressed with how clean and well keep the property was. I was instantly greeted and as soon as I said my name the staff already knew what I was there for and instantly got my tour started. It was a self tour due to Covid but they gave great information that made me feel like my tour was with them there. After I finished walking the property and seeing the apartment, I had told the staff I had a couple of other properties to look at in the day and would get back to them on my decision. Upon looking at the next property, I didn't spend more than 20 minutes there before realizing Radius at the Domain was a perfect fit for me. I submitted my application and was called back letting me know I was approved and was able to get my move in date set. On my move in date the staff had everything in the office ready for me to go so I was able to quickly get in and out and start unpacking. The apartment itself was completely ready for me with no issues, and my move in was super easy. During my move in one of the maintenance staff walked by and actually greeted me and welcomed me to the property. Such a nice touch as most maintenance staff never says a word to me. Ive now been at the property for a 3 months and I am so glad I choose this property!
