Too much trouble to get back warranty on not function parts.

Worked with even though I've got there 30 minutes before they closed very helpful very and friendly helping me find the parts needed for my car off of my picture even found out I needed more parts than what I thought. They are very cheap affordable and very professional I highly recommend these guys
I have a body shop and have been in business for 40 years. I have called these people several times and I always get the same answer. 'Yes, we have the part.' Knowing that sometimes they could be wrong I ask them to make sure by putting their hands on it. Which is an industry-standard. That way we both know that the part is actually there and it is in good saleable quality. I am tired of driving there to find out they were wrong. They will however, apologize and say 'check with us again in the future.' Well, it won't happen again in my lifetime. They have no idea of good business practices and the importance of other people's time!
