Im going to keep this short and sour. I reached out to you folks well over a year ago and failed to pull the trigger on launching my line for a variety of reasons. And while Im novice at best to the industry and know very little about bleeds, I specifically asked what size I needed to make my files with a bleed in mind. I was told 5*7 and nothing more. So whether you folks had/have a preconceived notion that your clients know how to make files to appease your needs in order to accomplish a taskor I was just given inaccurate information, neither here nor there. And since I did all my files 5*7 with no bleed, I inquired several times about the bleed in order to gain a better understanding of exactly what was needed. So, I made the files bigger opposed to adding an actual bleed via the software which made for a third round of having to revise my files. Only to run into issues with sending them over via email, to have emails ignoredto finally land in the same chapteronly to get the run around, with more miscommunications, a complete and total lack of respect with your inability to keep open communication. It is now into week four and I have yet to hear from you folks. And quite frankly I dont know who you think youre dealing with because I may be a lot of things but you folks are clearly incompetent. To not have your clients best interest at heart, to put me on the back burner like Im irrelevant and you think that Im stupid enough to let you profit off of me; not only are your actions professionally unbecoming, I have no desire to do business with you from this point on. I only hope that you can take my constructive validity and grow from it, if not, thats your own stupidity. As its not when its convenient for you, its when its convenient for your clients. I was told 3 business days once the proofs were approved and perhaps you folks had/have good intentions but at this point it really doesnt matter because the bottom line is; I NEED my greeting cards, and I need to find a print shop that better suits my NEEDS. Granted I realize we dont live in Utopia and while Im patient, understanding and fairly flexibleIm sure youre more concerned with your bigger clients than a $1,000.00 project. Anyhow, Ive got to go now and start all over again so thank for, well, nothing but a headache. All the best, Jamie LaBree
