The description of this offer was completely unrepresentative of the service provided. I would never have purchased this offer if I had know what was actually being offered. They say you will get on the water and catch some waves in the offer which they laughed at when I brought it up at the shop. The other couple that was with me also thought they would get the chance to get on the water and was also quite displeased with the deception. We got stuck with this old burned out guy who spent more time talking about his failed career than teaching us anything though when he did focus he was quite knowledgeable. Overall the experience was very disappointing. I felt deceived and tricked by the offer which was in no way representative of the service provided. It even said we would get a beer afterwords of which there was no sign. All in all it was a huge waste of time and money and I cannot recommend the offer or the business to anyone.

I had a very rare free weekend and booed in with WOW. I had a lesson on the friday, but then there was no wind on the saturday or sunday. Jeff went out of his way to fit me back in and I was able to have a lesson on the Tuesday. Really professional, expert advice, great people. I'd highly recommend.

This place is the best! I was scheduled with another kiteboarding school, but they cancelled on me. Called Jeff and he was able to fit me around his schedule on that same day. Jeff will teach the water start with jet ski support which I'm so glad they have because once I got up, I went downwind really fast. The jet ski takes you away from others and is one-on-one in the bay and so you have a lot of room to work and crashing in the open water is never a problem. Jeff is also very safe with a lot of experience as he is lead rescue on the world surf tours. High recommendation.
