Terrible customer service, filled out an order in person, called about a week later they cant find, did it again online now they cant find my artwork, had to send them their own e-mail with my artwork. Placed the order with 2 choices for shirts, 3 weeks later I called them to check on order, now they say they cant get either style shirt, also my order is too small and to check back with them later.
Dear Beldon, Thank you so much for your review. Your order was one of those where we used your vectored artwork to print on the shirts. You had a line under part of another color on the bull outline. It was not anything terrible as you made it out to be. They should have been fine for you as that is how your artwork was created. I think it was the ink color you really did not like but it was the color you approved on the art approval so it seemed you were looking for another reason to not take the order. I gave you an almost $300 refund, not because I felt you should have received one, but because I do not like unhappy customers. Life is too short. . Our goal is to exceed our customers expectations. That is what counts most. I do not know what more I could have done to make you happy, other then reprint the shirts instead of returning your money. After I overheard how you were speaking to one of of my employees I decided I did not want to reprint anything for you and decided to give you a refund so you could be on your way to another printer that could make you happy. I am pleased that your previous orders with Super were perfect and flaweless. Thank you for that. I wish you much success in the future. Anna Johnson, President

I have used Super Embroidery to print my shirts before and had an excellent experience. Their print quality was perfect and flawless. However when I returned again, I had a different experience. The print quality on the shirts were terrible. The colors in the images were bleeding through. At this point, I was upset. After arguing with the front desk pencil pushers that admitted they do not have any art/design background whatsoever for an hour, they finally gave me a refund and stated that it was my poor designs that caused the images to bleed and print poorly on the shirts. Needless to say, I will never recommend Super Embroidery or have any of my shirts printed by them again.
I can not say enough about this place! Jennifer S. Has been my contact there and she has just been pure amazing to me and my company. The quality of work is top of the line. If your looking for great workmanship, excellent communication, and great turnaround time go to Super Embroidery. I'm so excited to work with them on further projects.
Had this idea in mind of screenprinting on my denim jeans to pay homage to the diversity in creative vision, ethnicities, and upbringing of my creative ties and myself. The concept being called the brotherhood of the traveling pants. Thanks to Super Embroidery and Screenprinting, they allowed this idea to come alive and bring more sentimental value/meaning to my art by getting the pants done within my 4 day vacation in Arizona. I needed a place to sew some patches on to shirts. I called and spoke to someone who said her name was Tamera. I told her what I needed as far as the patches. She couldn't give me a price over the phone but asked me to come down to bring a sample of what was needed. I didn't have a problem with this. The next day I made the 30 mile journey to Super Embroidery. I went into their office and told them that I had spoken to someone on the phone who told me to come down. Some rude woman behind the counter told me that nobody told me to come down and that they do not do that kind of work. Wow...I must have been hallucinating when I told Tamera what I needed and went all the way down there. Unprofessional. Rude. Apparently they can't answer a simple question over the phone about the work they can do. Complete waste of my time.
