Warning!!!!! They ordered the WRONG carpet and came to install it without even realizing it was wrong. House already prepared, torn up (furniture all moved in every room), we brought in a friend from out of state to help us that day, I took the day off work, had to put up the dog in day care........and I had to be the one to tell them it was wrong! Then, they tried to get me to keep that carpet (so they wouldn't be out the expense), of course I said no, I want the carpet I ordered. Had to wait an additional 18 days, with my house torn up, for the correct carpet to arrive. I asked them to expedite the shipping since it was their mistake....they didn't. I could go on about the service but here's the bottom line....they did not care! No one called to apologize. I was offered NOTHING for my trouble , not to mention I paid them cash for the product and they had my money the entire time. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!

Buying the carpet was great and Dale was awesome and professional. He arrived on time for measurement and was an absolute pleasure to talk to! The installation was less than stellar. We were scheduled for install and both my husband and I took the afternoon off and no one showed up or called to tell us they werent coming. We did have a storm that put them behind, but good customer service would have included a call to let us know. I found out Monday they were coming when they were on their way and luckily I had the day off. The seam is not where we thought it would be and somewhat noticeable. We were highly disappointed with the installation company and customer service.

The carpet was beautiful but the worst installation experience EVER!! Left nails and staples through the house didnt cut holes for the vents and very rude employees.. I can go on with many different reasons I will never suggest nor go through this company again
