I placed an order September 22nd, 2020. Today is December 28th & I have not rec6my order. I have emiled them a few times & only had once response that they apologized for their error & yet still they have MY MONEY & I STILL DONT HAVE THE ITEM I ORDERED which WAS a Christmas gift & left me humiliated!!! Not a good company
