Really unprofessional. Karen or Kirin and Office Manager Janice or whatever are super rude. Do not rent here. They hang up the phone. They were not super nice. Trust. I am trying to save ya money for ya worth. Thanks! Also look at the other reviews. 1 star. Period

If you see this. Run ! This management company has slow response times to issues concerning their apartments I had a huge mold problem that they tried to cover up with plaster and it kept spreading. I had to advocate for myself in order for it to actually get fixed. My daughter who suffers from eczema's skin started flaring up during this time and It took about 5 months from the first complaint in order to actually fix the mold issue in my Bathroom apartment. At a point the lock to my door wasn't working in which I had to keep my door unlocked while I was at work for almost 2 weeks before of course having to advocate for my own safety again for anything to be done. The management company was aware and still made no movement in order to get it fixed in a timely manner. They had someone come in at one point the super verbalized to me that he stated to the worker to change the locks and they had not done so. I had to call the management company and literally beg to feel safe in my own apartment that I always pay on time for. This is honestly unacceptable for a management company . The manager there named Janice is very unprofessional and makes renting with the company a very unpleasant experience . As a manager she lacks communication skills and would rather make excuses than solve any of the issues at hand which shows terrible leadership of a company. She is very rude and hostile in conversation and I'm surprised given other reviews that this company continues to employ her.

Hanson Management began managing the building where I live about 35 years ago. A couple of years ago a new Manager took over when Bob S. Retired. The new Manager has turned things around and the improvement is much appreciated. Contractors that were inadequate have been replaced and maintenance of the building and grounds has improved a great deal.

Cindy and Janice are the worst individuals to speak to. They don’t care about their tenants. All they want is money. Professional courtesy goes a long way!!
