Sorry Peter these issues can not be discussed on here if you need to know what issues I advise you contact your solicitor who can contact me, if this needs looking into i can pass on the file I have regarding the case
I am sorry you feel this way about the service I gave but reading your comment the facts you gave are not correct. 1. I did put in 20 of fresh diesel in your car and receipts can be shown if needed 2. The price of the fuel filter is what our suppliers charged if you could of supplied your own for cheaper I would have gladly fitted it. 3. You mention half way through I added bits and bobs the only thing what was added after the initial injector test is that you still had petrol in your fuel tank and I advised you that we drain the tank replace the fuel filter and flush the fuel lines to stop any further contamination. 4. You say we lied about having all 6 injectors repaired when you first brought your car in it had a starting issue, on testing the injectors we found all 6x fuelling figures were bad but only 3 of them were the main reason you had a starting issue, I advised you have all 6 overhauled but you said to keep the cost down to overhaul the 3 injectors with high back leak which would cure your starting fault so I done what YOU requested to keep cost down. 5. As for the warranty issue I said I cant give you a full 12 month warranty due to petrol contamination and metal being present in the fuel filter I never said no warranty unless you replace the starter all I did was advise you that your starter was also weak. 6. The price we agreed was to remove and install injectors, bench test and overhaul them but when I said to you about draining the fuel tank and fitting a new fuel filter and filling with 20 of fuel this is what made your bill slightly higher which you agreed and wanted me to proceed. Avoid at any cost. A true cowboy. He convinced me on the phone, I drove all the way from London to Aylesbury. He initially says something to fool you, then half way through the work he adds bits and bobs, your car is their hostage, cancelling or continuing cost you money regardless. You have no choice. He lied and said all my six injectors must be repaired, but when he realised I was not prepared to pay, he showed me his printed assessment and said, actually you only need to fix three of them. He charged me 13 for a fuel filter which would only cost me 6, he charged me 20 for a gallon of diesel (4 litres and a bit) which would cost 7 max at the pump. We agreed 650, but later he said no he had agreed 920. I had no choice to pay as he had my car inside his premises as hostage. And finally, after paying him almost 1000 he says I give you no warranty because your starter not working, just an excuse. Avoid, avoid, avoid. He is a big bully. You have been warned.
Thank you for the great review we are just happy that we fixed your car for you and no more eye watering bills from Mazda Always happy to help Diesel Injection Performance Plus

Please read. fantastic service, very knowledgeable, reliable, trustworthy @ a price that's right. My car had always been maintained by Mazda but over the last 12 months we had problem after problem- low oil pressure running lumpy and smoking. Mazda dismantled the bottom of the engine to find out that it was a seal on an injector at a cost of 2500. 3 months later the car was worse than ever bellowing smoke cutting out etc. more investigation @ a cost of 300 to say no fault found. they recommend a cylinder compression test with the possibility of a new engine 6k. I had to draw a line under it, so I removed the car from Mazda and ask a small garage to have a look at it, but they were unable to diagnose the problem due to the car been too technically advanced for them to deal with and they didn't having the correct equipment to check for the problem. Just by chance I stumbled across diesel injection in Aylesbury, he had a look at the car straight away. He could tell that the car was misfiring @ 1500rpm & he could smell unburnt fuel which could be an injector problem. They new straight away that the injectors in my car were none testable and none repairable but recommend to have computer diagnostic download to be able to check that the injectors were over fuelling & on which injector. Even though the injectors are none testable and none repairable they managed to find someone who could test the injectors (big saving for me instead of replacing all 4) one injector was replaced and the correction values reset to 0 which should of been done @ Mazda. I spent 600 with diesel injection 3 months ago and the car is running perfectly fine. other dealerships could not get to the root of the problem where diesel injection did. well done guys and thank you.
I'm sorry for your experience with us unfortunately the person who dealt with the pumps is no longer here anymore as he caused a few other issues, all I can say is sorry for the mis- diagnoses on his side

Im absouloutly astounded that this company can charge me 1500 pounds for saying I need a new diesel pump and couldnt just fork out that sort of money. So went and took it for a second opinion. And said there was nothing wrong with my diesel pump and need 200 pounds worth of work doing to it. And now works perfectly fine. What a discgraseful company.
