I have dealt with this place 3 times and all 3 items purchased were no good, not working. The first item was a power window tracker with motor and when installed it didnt work. The second item was a condenser fan when installed it didnt work. The 3rd item was an alternator, when installed it also didnt work. All 3 times when attempeted to be retuned i was being treated with nasty attitudes and told i can swap it but no money back. I shouldnt have to keep paying my mechanic to put the part in then pay to take it back off to put another part back on. All they have to do is test it. They shouldnt assume that the part works just because it looks ok. today 7/28/2020 i asked for the part to be exchanged and the guy from the used auto part says to me. Ill do you the favor on switching the part because its electric and they dont exchange any electric parts. I PURCHASED THE PART 7/27/2020 not even 24h has passed so i should get money or a different part without headaches. Never will i deal with them again... I DONT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL.

Hello Yashar, Our return policy on electrical parts is part replacement or store credit which was explained to you several times before purchasing the switch. This policy applies at many used auto parts stores for various reasons. We also tested the switch together in our vehicle to ensure the switch was functioning properly before you gave us the ok to remove it. Sold me a broken headlight switchfor 45 I put it on in his parking lot as I already had taken off the old one at home. I plugged it in and it wasn't workingb He refused to give me a refund... I had not left his parking lot and had the switch for 2 minutes. Basically robbed me and sent me on my way. DO NOT DO BUSINESS tHERE I called 128 autoparts waltham.. got a working switch for 30$ and theytold me I could return it if it didn't work. Thankfully it did.
