Ingenious and thoughtful! I needed an option to my usual walk commute and found my regular bike challenging. After researching options I found Bike Swift and now happily travel all around Seattle! The conversion was seamless - Martin and Henry were very careful to make sure the bike would suit my purposes and personality. I'm amazed how responsive and easy to use the electric system is - almost intuitive. Very glad I did it and would highly recommend the Bike Swift team.

Bike Swift was the most reliable, cost-effective way to bring my commute time down. I commute 10 miles each way between Seattle and Bellevue, which took me 1 hour each way by bus or by car in rush hour, and using the Swift brings the time down to 40 minutes. My short trips between Green Lake and Lake City went from 20 minutes by car in traffic to 15 minutes, and my 45 minute bus trips to Capitol Hill have been cut down to 20 minutes. I've put 500 miles on the system in the past month and have had no reliability issues. I ride it at the highest speed setting and get 40 miles out of a charge over my particular route (steep hills). I looked at a number of different ebikes and ways to cut down my commute time and I am satisfied that this is the most elegant, reliable solution.

When most other bike shops are booked out weeks, Bike Swift was able to replace a broken caliper on my electric cargo bike's rear brakes within two days. I am so grateful to get my bike back so quickly! The folks there are friendly and knowledgable, and willing to work with you to figure out a solution for COVID related bike part shortages. I am very happy with the service and my bike's brakes work great now, even down steep hills with my child riding on the back.
